WHAT IS IT?
A holistic approach to building up and equipping the current generation of students to effect change in their lives and community.
We believe we are called to advance the kingdom of God here on Earth. One way of doing that is to open our services, ministry, and resources to sponsor all students in all grade levels. Every child will be provided the necessary uniforms, school supplies, and tuition costs for their school year. Additionally each teacher will be equipped withe the necessary supplies and uniforms in order to give their best efforts towards a life-changing school year.
WHY?
To love, as Jesus loves.
We cannot deny, ignore, or teach a community of Jesus’ inclusivity if we, as a ministry are not showing that same characteristic through our programs. Our vision is to build unity and camaraderie amongst each and every student, teacher and administrator. Every child deserves an equal opportunity to study in order to break the cycle of poverty; which is a result of inaccessible educational opportunity.
HOW?
Literacy and education are vital tools in changing the cyclical poverty that this community faces today. We are honored to stand at the precipice and watch this generation empower the next to rise up and out of poverty and live life to the full.
By donating towards our Kingdom-Minded Sponsorship, you are changing the trajectory of these kids’ lives. Through your donation you will be sponsoring any educational activities provided at the Land of Hope or local school, paying any tuition cost for all students, providing school supplies and uniforms to both staff members and students, paying the salary of a handful of teachers in both elementary and middle school, paying kitchen staff to provide school lunch every day to elementary students, and you will be supporting English classes, counseling support, and Bible classes.
