Here’s a quick rundown of the nutrition programs going on at the Land of Hope
Soup kitchen
Provided 7 days per week to any and all. People may come and eat at the church, or can fill their pots and buckets and take the meal to go.
Listo packet program
Children between 6 months and 6 years old can come to receive a supply of vitamin-packed peanut butter packets. Parents can come at their desired frequency to receive enough packets to give to their child once per day. We’ve seen significant changes in the children’s weights, attitude and health through this program
INFANT formula program
Through our Women’s Clinic, we are able to track moms who cannot breastfeed. For children one and younger, moms can receive free infant formula for their baby for the first year.
